Cancellation Policy

Please allow us 24-hour notice if you wish to change or cancel an appointment, otherwise the following charges apply:

– 50% of the treatment fee for cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior to appointment

– 100% of the treatment fee for non-shows, or cancellations made within 12 hours prior to appointment
